Avery brings to Business Brokers of Texas a diversified background. He was Real Estate Department Manager for Safeway Stores’ Houston Division in 1979. In 1980 he was recruited to be Assistant to the Vice President of Commercial Development at Charter Financial Group, Inc. where he served for 5 years. In 1986 he started Investors Commercial Management and by the end of the first year he had 9 projects under management totaling 450,000 sq.ft. In 2000 he joined a business brokerage firm that specialized in selling daycare businesses. The first year he was heavily involved in closing the sale of 8 daycare centers. Since that time he has focused on assisting clients find, lease or buy the real estate that suited their needs.
